The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring job timelines are met, and working closely with planning teams.

Job Description:

The Finishing Department Head will advise on material, color, and machine capabilities, identify potential risks or issues, implement workflow strategies to meet deadlines, monitor productivity and capacity, communicate with planning, participate in production meetings, highlight potential issues, manage staff on a day-to-day basis, ensure excellent attention to detail and quality control, and manage and prioritize multiple print finishing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in computer software used for print finishing and binding processes, and excellent communication skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £48,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
