Job Summary

We are recruiting a Development Funding Specialist to join our team at Apex Personnel Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing development finance teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.

Key Duties
  • Manage development finance teams to ensure timely project delivery and secure funding for property development projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key lenders and financial institutions to review land appraisal bids and secure funding.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in development finance or a related field with a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000.
