We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development to join our team at the Legal Clinic for the Disabled. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all fundraising activities, including donor relationship building, major gift solicitation, planned giving, annual giving, grant development, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve organizational goals
- Build and maintain relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors
- Solicit and steward major gifts, including planned giving and deferred giving opportunities
- Manage annual fundraising efforts to establish a dedicated cadre of regular donors
- Develop and maintain compelling and accurate content conveying the impact of our programs and advocacy work
- At least 10 years of fundraising experience with an emphasis on individual giving
- Experience building donor relationships and soliciting donations
