About the Role

As Senior Kitchen Director, you will be responsible for managing the culinary team, creating menus that cater to multiple dietary needs, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained. Your ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team will be crucial in delivering excellent dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement menus that reflect the changing seasons and cater to special occasions.
  2. Manage the culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent dining experiences.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and Majesticare policies.
