Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at R&V Group Ltd.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading the shift, as well as working closely with other team members to create a happy and caring atmosphere.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible working hours and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality, individualized care and support to residents
  • Supervising and leading the shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Working closely with other team members to promote a positive and supportive team culture
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Contributing to the overall success of the care home by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff members
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • A flexible approach to working hours
