Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Programme Coordinator to join our team at Langton. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in delivering our therapeutic programmes to young people who have been excluded from school due to bullying or trauma.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the delivery of our therapeutic programmes, including developing and implementing programme schedules, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with other members of the team to ensure seamless programme delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in social work, psychology, or a related field. You will need to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, think creatively, and make informed decisions. A competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, is offered.
