We are seeking a highly skilled Building Inspector to join our team at Clearfield. As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that buildings meet the required standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings to identify any defects or non-compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports of your findings, including photographs and recommendations for remedial action.

Benefits of the Role

  • Competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
  • Company car or car allowance.
  • Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile.
