Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have a strong background in the Plant industry and experience with diagnostic tools and computer software?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at ADR Specialists Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and breakdowns on heavy plant machinery
  • Carry out warranty repairs and damage repairs
  • Conduct site visits across various areas of the country
  • Provide clear and detailed reporting of work carried out and repairs necessary
  • Manage all aspects of the job to ensure 100% recovery
Requirements:
  • Strong background in the Plant industry essential
  • NVQ Level 3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent
  • CSCS card holder preferred
  • Experience of diagnostic tools and computer software including Engine diagnostics
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Preferred dealer experience but not essential
  • Must be able to travel outside of the UK to attend manufacturers training courses
