Cybersecurity Service Lead

**Job Summary:**
The Police Digital Service is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Service Lead to join our National Management Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Detect activities within the NMC and ensuring the quality and delivery of the service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Accountable for the Detect activities within the NMC as well as any issues concerning quality and delivery of the service.
- Engagement with all aspects of the NMC to ensure efficient and robust service delivery.
- Responsible for the value and efficiency of the service and of the team working within it.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational security environment.
- Ability to drive and motivate a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes.
**Salary:** £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
