Job Description: Counterparty Credit Specialist

LevelUP HCS is looking for an exceptional Counterparty Credit Specialist to join our Risk Analytics team. As a key player in our group, you will be responsible for developing and managing analytics for counterparty credit risk models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement analytics for counterparty credit risk management, utilizing your expertise in quantitative modeling and risk analysis.
- Build infrastructure to consolidate counterparty credit risk models across systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
- Perform quantitative research to implement model changes, enhancements, and remediations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and functional teams to drive model development and ensure effective communication and project management.
- Create tools and dashboards that enhance and improve risk analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in a quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Strong understanding of pricing and risk calculations for financial derivatives
- Proficient programming skills in Python (R a plus), with experience in data handling and manipulation using SQL
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise model documentation

Compensation:
- Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum
