London, Greater London, United Kingdom zeroG - AI in Aviation Full time
About Lendable

We are a fintech company on a mission to make consumer finance amazing. We're building one of the world's leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start: we're among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK. We've rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards, and car finance.

Our goal is to tackle the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. We work in small teams of exceptional people who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo.

The Role

We are looking for a Third Party Oversight Manager at Lendable who would be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing supplier performance through continuous monitoring and feedback.

This role involves rigorous due diligence during supplier selection and onboarding, proactive risk management, and fostering strong collaborations with both suppliers and internal stakeholders to align objectives and drive improvements.

Key Objectives
  • Oversight: Maintain and manage appropriate oversight of our Third party suppliers.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Set clear expectations through solid, achievable SLAs and KPIs in the contract, and regular performance management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Take a 360-degree view of compliance and risk management, ensuring existing regulation is adhered to and alignment with future direction is maintained.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits include best-in-class compensation, including equity, private health insurance, and a flexible working arrangement that includes working from home every Monday and Friday.
