Mental Health Services Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) to join our community-based Local Mental Health Team (LMHT). The successful candidate will have a professional qualification in mental health to degree level or equivalent, and must maintain current registration with the NMC.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing caseloads under the Care Programme Approach
Conducting initial assessments and one-to-one interventions with service users
Establishing and maintaining robust communication networks with clients, carers, and other healthcare workers
Requirements:
Professional qualification (mental health) to degree level or equivalent
Maintains current registration with the NMC
Practice-based educator qualification or equivalent (or prepared to undertake training)
