- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead the team in their absence.
- Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a role model for the team, providing support with training and development.
- Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager at Greene King, you will be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy pubs. You will lead by example, making sure our customers and teams have a great time.
