About the Role

Momenta Group Global is seeking a highly skilled Tax Document Reviewer to join our team. As a Tax Document Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of legal documentation related to income tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with current tax laws, filing requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Handle sensitive documentation with strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
  • Follow briefing guidance from stakeholders and work closely with attorneys, legal consultants, and other stakeholders to clarify document-related queries.
  • Ensure that legal and financial documents meet all necessary criteria.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a Document Review role.
  • Income Tax Legal experience is preferred.
  • Experience in tax compliance or corporate tax is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience using Relativity review platform.
  • Ability to follow briefing guidance from stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent understanding of income tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
