Corporate Tax Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our Real Estate business tax team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and guidance to clients across a broad spectrum of services, including M&A, Restructuring Tax, DD, R&D, and International Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on corporate tax matters
  • Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns and other tax-related documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
