Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Drama teacher to join our school community. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons, develop students' performance skills, and foster their creativity.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons, tailored to students' abilities and interests
  2. Develop students' performance skills, confidence, and creativity through workshops and practical activities
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement a comprehensive Drama curriculum
  4. Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  5. Maintain accurate records of students' achievements, attendance, and behavior
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Drama to primary and secondary school students
  • Strong knowledge of Drama theory, techniques, and curriculum frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
