Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Treat patients with critical illnesses from all specialties, medical and surgical, as well as providing post-operative support for planned, major surgery.
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Recognize, respond to, and manage emergency situations, providing timely and effective care to patients.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate standards of evidence-based nursing care, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Critical Care nursing environment within a hospital in the last 3 years.
  • Statement of NMC Registration.
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
