Salary: £12.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Managers, ensuring accurate information is included in customer purchase orders, and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise customer purchase orders and ensure accurate information is included.
  • Check that supplied drawings are correct and reflect customer requirements.
  • Acknowledge receipt of sales order within Service Level Agreement timeframe.
  • Ensure costs align with the set price matrix and escalate any discrepancies.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Update account details as needed.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks.
