About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of CEO, Trustees Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the depositary and trustee services provided in the UK by SSTL and for the management of the SSTL entity.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Operational Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the SSTL entity.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
