Key Account Coordinator, French Language Specialist

The Key Account Coordinator for the French market will be responsible for handling mass customers and operational transactions in partnership with the Team Leader, Key Accounts and Senior Manager, Key Accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills to support interactions across all functions, primarily commercial and operations. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch customer service and manage administrative functions for designated accounts, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with key clients in the French market and providing account-specific support through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Maintaining open order workbooks, collaborating with operations and accounts teams to ensure seamless transactions.
- Providing sales data analysis and weekly reporting to Sales Managers and customers, highlighting key initiatives and stock availability.
- Working closely with Marketing and Planning teams to execute and deliver key initiatives, such as FSDUs.
- Communicating pricing changes to Sales Managers as necessary.
- Attending sales meetings and conference calls to stay informed and make informed decisions.
- Ensuring accurate records and information are maintained and updated to reflect Funko details.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries with both customers and internal teams.
- Offering bespoke administrative support to manage ad-hoc requests and inquiries.
- Participating in product/brand knowledge training to stay up-to-date on new and existing product lines.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An appreciation for customer logistical needs and vendor compliance.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, retail partners, peers, and other departments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including strong Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A team player with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.
- Drive, proactivity, and the ability to work efficiently at pace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English languages.
