- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, including conducting background research and presenting findings as needed.
- Manage day-to-day issues in a sensitive and confidential manner, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Previous experience within an Administration role, with strong PC and MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively, with a positive attitude and excellent administrative and customer service skills.
- Experience of minute taking is highly desirable.
