We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and business, including greeting clients and visitors, maintaining workplace security, and assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Prepare meeting rooms for external guests and answer phones in a professional manner, routing calls as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, including conducting background research and presenting findings as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day issues in a sensitive and confidential manner, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within an Administration role, with strong PC and MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively, with a positive attitude and excellent administrative and customer service skills.
  • Experience of minute taking is highly desirable.
