Sacco Mann is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Leeds.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to provide administrative support to our Recruitment Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our recruitment database, drafting marketing materials, and researching new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to Recruitment Consultants, including managing the recruitment database and drafting marketing materials.
  2. Research new clients and markets for business development initiatives.
  3. Manage and maintain our online presence, including web-based advertising.
  4. Assist in the preparation of mailshots and blogs.
  5. Respond to candidate applications and maintain consistent contact with candidates and clients.
  6. Arrange interviews on behalf of Recruitment Consultants.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with at least 12 months of office-based experience, ideally within professional services. Experience in customer services is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual who enjoys going the extra mile in a service-driven culture.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong communication skills, with both colleagues and external contacts.
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to pick up new desktop software and online marketing/advertising software quickly.
  • Positive, self-motivated approach and ability to show initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy team environment.
