Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator for Adult Social Care

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support our Adult Social Care team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Social Workers, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Arrange Care Act review meetings on behalf of Social Workers, Providers, and Service Users
* Track and analyze KPIs to ensure team targets are met
* Provide project management support, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a business support or administrative role
* Strong Microsoft skills and experience working with spreadsheets and databases
* Ability to deal with sensitive and complex information
* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Desirable:

* Experience working in the Social Care sector
* Familiarity with Adults and Health database recording systems
