Senior Planning Position
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a prominent Planning and Infrastructure team, primarily based in the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes both contentious and non-contentious planning matters, requiring excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- Drafting and negotiating planning obligations
- Conducting planning due diligence for various developer clients
- Delivering strategic advice on non-contentious planning matters
We are seeking a motivated individual who can deliver high-quality client service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within the planning sector
- A strong understanding of planning law and practice
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
The salary range for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
