Expert Court of Protection Solicitor Wanted

We are seeking an expert Court of Protection solicitor to join our team at Chadwick Nott. As a leading regional heavyweight firm, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services to our clients, and we need someone who shares our passion for Court of Protection law.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in this field during their training contract and be committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. You will assist injured parties, elderly clients, and those with special needs to manage their property & affairs where a deputy order is in place.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £45-£52k depending on experience, along with opportunities for career development and growth.

  • Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality services to clients with property & affairs managed under a deputy order
  • To work closely with Panel Deputies to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • To stay up-to-date with Court of Protection legislation and best practices
