We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our EHS department, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality occupational health service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-employment medicals, including drug testing
  • Provide travel medicine, including vaccinations
  • Perform well-person screenings
  • Manage cases of workplace illness or injury
  • Develop and implement health promotion programs
  • Support mental health first aiders

You will also be responsible for attending EHS committee meetings and conducting health surveillance activities, such as audiometry, spirometry, and vision tests.

Requirements
  • OHC certification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational health, preferably in manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
