Customer Service Team Leader

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Clinet Experience Lead to join our team at Quickline Communications. As a Client Experience Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Monitor and analyze performance to ensure the team meets service KPIs.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach by handling customer interactions, resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate training sessions to improve service skills, focusing on problem-solving, empathy, and customer retention.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within Customer Service Management, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Good general IT skills - Microsoft packages and ability to use a CRM system.
- Organized, high attention to detail and good time management.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
