We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team at Quickline Communications. As a representative, you will play a vital role in connecting rural communities with our high-speed broadband services.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for contacting residents in rural areas and promoting our services, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Update and maintain customer information in our CRM systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving technical or billing issues.
- Become an ambassador for Quickline Communications in the communities we serve.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales roles with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience interacting with the public and potential customers.
- The ability to learn about technical products and services, articulating key benefits to customers.
- Maintenance of accurate CRM records and adherence to GDPR guidelines.
