About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Carrondale Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and support, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in care provision.
