Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Redhill. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including recruitment, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  4. Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and optimize store operations.
  5. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. Experience in working within the retail sector with a minimum of 1 year's management experience.
  2. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  3. Passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example.
