Job Description

As a Regional Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing our recruitment strategy and recruiting excellent Care Professionals across your region. This will include implementing forward-thinking attraction strategies to find the top talent in the sector, both online and within the local area, working closely with our marketing team. You will have access to a wealth of recruitment data which will need to be regularly reviewed and analysed to ensure data-led decisions are being made.

Qualifications

What you need

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Previous recruitment experience with a special focus on direct sourcing for specialist roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and local knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others.
