Job Description

We are looking for a Peripatetic Kitchen Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing school kitchens in the Ceredigion area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a catering environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing school kitchens, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Preparing and serving meals to residents and pupils, meeting nutritional and dietary requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including temperature logs and inventory management.

The role offers a competitive annual salary range of £25,000 - £30,000, as well as a generous employer pension scheme and comprehensive training program.
