Senior Executive Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to join our team at McGregor Boyall, a leading recruitment agency, for a 3-6 month contract.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support a senior manager and a wider team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the senior manager, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Screen calls and incoming mail, taking messages efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor and ensure implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Compose and prepare internal and external correspondence, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, understanding the executive's preferences and needs.
  • Prepare and process associated travel expenses.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reports and special projects as required.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and fill in for other support staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, supporting senior managers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at the C-Suite level.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support as needed.
