Job Overview

Vn International Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with business departments, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions in all aspects of human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct talent inventory of business departments, focusing on the cultivation, development, and improvement of key talents.
  • Optimize department staffing, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including personnel recruitment, department integration, promotion, and development.
  • Establish a benign internal communication mechanism, ensuring the effective transmission of internal information.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of HRBP work experience.
  • Practical experience in Internet enterprise recruitment.
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure, be outgoing, proactive, confident, and good at communication.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to work hard to achieve team goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Majoring in human resources, labor security, or related fields.
