Senior Kitchen Manager

Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, is seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to join our team in Faversham, Kent. As a key member of the kitchen leadership, you will play a crucial role in driving culinary excellence and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
We offer a competitive salary, with estimated annual earnings ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, depending on experience. This includes a share of tips, early wage withdrawal scheme, 25% discount on food and drink at Shepherd Neame Managed Houses, and access to a Workplace Mental Health Platform.
Job DescriptionSuitably qualified and experienced candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and promoting a positive working environment;
- Supporting the Head Chef in menu development, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, taste, and quality control throughout all dishes served;
