About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Facilities Coordinator to join our team at C&C Group Plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, managing landlord relationships, and overseeing utilities, waste, and energy consumption to minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure legal compliance and manage landlord relationships
  • Oversee utilities, waste, and energy consumption to minimize costs
  • Work with the Group ESG team on environmental reporting
  • Collaborate with procurement for supplier approvals and maintenance activities
  • Implement and manage service contracts
  • Ensure supplier due diligence
  • Oversee contractors
  • Lead facilities management for new building projects
  • Manage site-based compliance, facilities coordinators, and receptionists

Requirements:

You will need to have a talent for building strong working relationships and collaborating effectively with others. You should be highly motivated and self-driven, exceling in managing your time efficiently. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills complement your customer service orientation.

You are working towards or are already a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management or a similar organization. You hold a foundation-level qualification in environmental management, such as IEMA. You have a thorough understanding of property management and its financial aspects, along with an in-depth knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
