We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our Global Operations Team at Teneo. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of people initiatives across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Employee Relations cases, working closely with Senior People Partners to ensure compliance with employment legislation and provide effective advisory advice to individuals and teams.
- Support and mentor the People Coordinator, providing guidance on employee and manager queries, including probation reviews, policy advice, and disciplinary procedures.
- Collaborate with the Senior People Partner and Talent Partner to deliver a seamless performance review and reward cycle.
- Contribute to the development of the People Team's reputation as a proactive, innovative, and strategic function, ensuring people decisions are made consistently and fairly.
- Deal with people requests promptly, managing expectations on speed of response and working closely with local HR support across all Global offices.
- Arrange and undertake exit interviews, analyzing trend data and reporting findings to the Senior People Partner.
- Work closely with Senior People Partners and stakeholders to understand business context and progress initiatives to address employee engagement and Diversity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR service, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and provide excellent client service.
- Provide meaningful analytics to support business improvement, including exit interview summaries, absence data, and headcount reports.
- Proven experience in People Advisory, Employee Relations, and HR Policy, with a strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
- Experience in report building, analytics, and operations, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders as needed.
- Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions, with a strong focus on employee relations and support.
- Ability to create a positive and credible impression, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with trends, technology, and employment law changes.
- Confident negotiation and influencing skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships.
