The role of an experienced Accounts Payable professional has become available in a growing local business that operates throughout the UK and Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance expert to join an established team and progress their career.

As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Members of the team with various duties, including:
  • Processing purchase invoices.
  • Creditor statement reconciliation.
  • Dealing with creditors on an ongoing basis.
  • Resolving disputed invoices and sourcing credit notes as required.
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Checking invoices against orders.
  • Responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Meeting monthly deadlines.

Required Skills:
* Experience of working in a busy finance department across all areas of the accounts function.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Evidence of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
