Join Our Team as a Financial Services Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Analyst to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. As a Financial Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' investment needs and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a 24-month analyst program that offers a holistic talent development journey, providing rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career. Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY's entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on projects specifically chosen to both challenge and develop participants.
  • Gain valuable real-world experiences working in a select function which supports every stage of the client investment lifecycle, including account creation, trading, clearing, settling, holding, servicing, managing, distributing, and restructuring assets.
  • Provide global solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique needs to help enhance the management, administration, and oversight of their entire investment process.
Requirements
  • Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred, ideally in Finance or Economics.
  • Individuals who will be graduating in December 2024 through August 2025.
  • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.
