We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team at James & Partners, a leading estate agency in London. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and supporting the lettings team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts, including rent collection and payment processing
  • Process lettings applications, including referencing and credit checks
  • Coordinate viewings and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lettings administration
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ARLA qualifications preferred
