We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team at James & Partners, a leading estate agency in London. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and supporting the lettings team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts, including rent collection and payment processing
- Process lettings applications, including referencing and credit checks
- Coordinate viewings and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lettings administration
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ARLA qualifications preferred
- Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
- Hybrid Package: 1 day working from home
- 28 days holiday + Bank Holidays, company socials & incentives
