Job Introduction

Pizza Hut Delivery is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Leader. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience, while also providing guidance and support to our team members.

Main Responsibilities

As a Shift Leader, you will be the day-to-day captain of our restaurant. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that our customers receive hot, fresh, and tasty pizzas in a timely manner
  • Managing our processes and technology to ensure seamless operations
  • Providing feedback and recognition to our team members to ensure they are operating effectively
  • Training and upskilling new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards of health and safety and food hygiene
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a growth mindset. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example and providing clear communication to our team members. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.

We offer a comprehensive training program that will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in this role. You will also receive coaching and development from your RGM to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
