Job Overview

Pizza Hut is seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Main Responsibilities

As a Shift Leader, you will be the day-to-day captain of our restaurant. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Leading a team of employees, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing our kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensuring that we are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensuring that our team is aware of and adheres to them.
