Sunderland-based Disability Assessor Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work as a Disability Assessor in Sunderland. As part of our team, you will use your clinical expertise to assess, discuss, and report on how conditions impact daily living.

About the Job

You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of individuals' abilities and creating detailed reports. You will also develop effective working relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements
  • A strong background in nursing, ideally with experience in assessing and reporting on disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Proficiency in IT systems and typing skills, with the ability to adapt to new technology
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and upholding professional standards
Compensation Package
  • Competitive salary: £37,500 - £43,450 per annum
  • Generous annual leave: 25 days + service allowance
