Job Description:
The Office Leader will be responsible for managing multiple project teams and client relationships, working directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, and maintain timelines.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree from a top-ranked school (MBA, M.PhD)
- At least 7 years of experience in management consulting with demonstrated project and team management
- Superior analytical skills combined with strategy consulting approaches
- Proven ability to motivate and coach people in multiple dimensions
- Strong project management skills including work planning, presentation development, quality control, and client management
Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum
