Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited is partnering with a well-established property management company to recruit a skilled credit controller. In this role, you will report directly to the credit manager and work within a small team of credit controllers.
Key Responsibilities- Record NOPL's on the company's CRM/billing system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Calculate direct debit reviews and prepare DD increase review letters, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Handle and follow up on DD rejections, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve issues.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-discipline and motivation, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity for hybrid working after a probation period. The salary is up to £28K, and our client offers an excellent benefits package, including a bonus scheme, pension, life assurance, and employee assistance program.
