As a PROIV Software Engineer at Zellis, you will be part of our team responsible for developing and maintaining our ResourceLink products.

Job Description

You will work within one of our development teams, collaborating with other Engineers, QA Teams, and Product Management to design, build, and unit test product functionality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing requirements for future developments and participating in walkthroughs presented by the Product Strategy & Planning team.
  • Providing estimates for delivery and designing / coding solutions based on requirements, ensuring Agile delivery methodology is maintained.
  • Presenting designs back to the Product Strategy & Planning team via daily scrum meetings.
  • Developing and unit testing quality software, including leading teams or working as part of a team developing specifications owned by other Developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of ResourceLink products or previous experience working within the HR / Payroll software industry.
  • Worked within an IT development environment.
  • Experience of PROIV programming language (or equivalent).
  • Relational database experience, preferably Oracle and / or MS SQL Server.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Experience of Agile and / or Waterfall development process.
