Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our Patient Feedback team. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in gathering feedback from individuals who use our services, helping us to improve and develop our services.

Main Duties of the Job

As a Clinical Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting individuals who use our services, their families, and carers by telephone to capture their feedback on using a specific service.
  • Listening to individuals as they share their experiences, asking appropriate questions, and recording their feedback.
  • Recording feedback on agreed templates, depending on the type of feedback we are seeking.
  • Collating and sending feedback to our Patient Feedback team.

Our Clinical Lead will also be responsible for:

  • Providing initial training to new volunteers on the process of gathering feedback.
  • Offering ongoing support and guidance to volunteers as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
  • The ability to listen actively and empathetically to individuals sharing their experiences.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use our systems.
