Our successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects within our community team, contributing to the impact of our education, participation, and health & inclusion programs.

The role involves planning, delivering, and reviewing the delivery of projects within community, football/sport, and school environments. This includes adopting our delivery methodology and national curriculum schemes of work. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our communities and contribute to the success of our programs.

This is a flexible sessional position, with the ideal candidate being someone who can work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about PE & sport and have excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with colleagues, participants, and partners in each community setting
  • Deliver high-quality provision within the PE/PSHE National Curriculum, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives
  • Support the engagement and enrichment of lessons and sessions across programs
  • Evaluate participant and player development using shared monitoring tools

Requirements:

  • NGB Level 2 Coaching Award or working towards
  • FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
  • FA Introduction to First Aid Certificate
  • Willingness to undertake a CUFC Enhanced DBS Check
  • Full UK Driving License

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
