Industrial Combustion Service Engineer

Start Monday Ltd is seeking a skilled Industrial Combustion Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the mechanical and industrial engineering department, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of boiler plant on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial boilers and combustion systems
  • Responding to customer call-outs and participating in the out-of-hours rota system
  • Installing, commissioning, and servicing combustion, process, and boiler plant
  • Testing and monitoring the performance of equipment and plant
  • Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
  • Ensuring compliance with company health and safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Requirements:
  • A strong proven engineering background within the combustion industry or boilerhouse maintenance
  • Field-based service engineer experience
  • Previous experience with manufacturer products, including Nu-way, Hamworthy, Saacke, Weishaupt, and Dunphy industrial package burners
  • Knowledge of steam, hot water, and thermal oil boiler plant and digital combustion control
