Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our department, including managing our workload, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to our department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining databases.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for our team.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documents, as required.
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborating with other departments and teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High-level organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
